Rotary Pens & Hardware: May be returned or exchanged within 14–30 days of delivery if unused and in brand-new original condition, subject to inspection.
Defective Items: If a machine exhibits a genuine mechanical defect upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours with video footage, and we will honor our studio hardware warranty.
