Refund policy

Standard returns:
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
Customers must contact us within 14 calendar days after delivery.
We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund after review.

Tattoo machines:
Eligible machines include a 12-month limited warranty.
The warranty does not cover misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repair,
modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Opened consumables:
Opened inks, cartridges, gloves, cleansing products, and other hygiene-sensitive
or disposable products are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refund timing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or card processing time may vary.
